Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in tensile structure projects.
• Strong reading, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and project scheduling tools (Primavera or MS Project).
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and technical direction for large, complex tensile structure projects.
• Lead project teams, coordinate meetings, and manage engineering and submittal processes.
• Drive schedule, cost control, and cash flow through effective project controls.
• Oversee procurement, vendor performance, QA/QC, and contract administration.
• Mentor staff and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely closeout.
