Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership across all project phases for security system integrations. You will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with experience in security or related fields, plus strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. PMP is preferred and you will mentor teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years of experience in a security industry related position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated successful history of project management leadership including leading multiple simultaneous projects for a minimum of two years.
• Demonstrated skills in the application of project management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using appropriate methods and techniques.
• Develop project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, schedules, and related documents.
• Manage project scope, resources, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, document, and prioritize project change requests and facilitate approval processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Lead project closeout activities and handoff to operations teams.
• Mentor and coach team members and support other groups as needed.
