A Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization, direction, and control of an individual project to meet the operational goals. He/She is responsible for the efficient delivery of the processes without sacrificing the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and profits consistent with the set objectives. A Project Manager, Level I accepts ultimate responsibility for the project's success including quality assurance, safety, financial performance, and Owner satisfaction in addition to the harmonious performance of the project staff.
