Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. You will lead planning, resourcing, and reporting, ensuring technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost meet expectations.

You will coordinate with internal partners and leadership, analyze data for strategic insights, and manage risk through proactive planning and contingency measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 6 years of experience in project management.
• PMP, CAPM, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, and subcontract management.
• Monitors performance, reports progress, and adjusts plans for schedule and cost.
• Maintains project documentation including charter, plan, scope, and deployment timeline.
• Analyzes data, observes patterns, and provides recommendations on strategic issues.
• Performs qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and planning.
