Winston Resources, LLC is seeking a hands-on Design/Project Coordinator to plan and design spaces, specify furniture, and coordinate projects within budget and schedule. You will update stakeholders and coach team members to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has space planning and furniture specification experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong business acumen for project management in a corporate or office-design setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with CET, Project Matrix and CAP 20/20.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, space planning and furniture specifying, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Design project.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks.
