Job summary

Prime Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Southwest Missouri from its Springfield headquarters.

You’ll drive profitability, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and client relationships while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and guiding procurement, planning, and performance reporting to support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required, or the ability to obtain it promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead project profitability, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling strategy, procurement planning, and risk assessment.
• Manage complex contract negotiations, change orders, and dispute resolution when necessary.
• Provide executive-level leadership across preconstruction through closeout, aligning with company standards.
