Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer-facing software implementation and migration projects. You will coordinate milestones, manage budgets, and drive successful delivery across stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM, experience with software delivery lifecycles, and strong communication skills to align with business objectives. This is a full-time role with flexible collaboration and a focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience running multiple software projects.
• Experience executing software implementation, upgrade, migration, or IT delivery projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of PM practices: planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and issue management, change control, QA, governance.
• Experience working with customer business objectives, contractual requirements, and project performance measures.
• Experience in software development or implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are controlled.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate milestone plans, schedules, status updates, meeting minutes, action items, and documentation.
• Own forecasts, actuals, revenue, billing, project hours, invoices, and other financial measures for accuracy.
• Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, technical resources, customers, and stakeholders on requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
• Facilitate customer and internal project meetings; document decisions, actions, risks, and follow-ups.
• Oversee assigned project team activities, clarify priorities, track progress, and ensure deadlines.
• Contribute to new procedures, templates, and process enhancements for delivery consistency.
