What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary day-to-day project liaison between the client and delivery teams
- Lead the full project lifecycle of the SharePoint Online migration, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Own and manage the project plan, ensuring alignment with business timelines and resource allocation
- Drive all project communications, including status reporting, documentation, and escalation management
- Provide ongoing risk and impact assessments, proposing mitigation strategies as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale IT or infrastructure initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 migrations in global or regulated enterprises
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site structures, content types, metadata, and permissions models
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and status reporting frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services or global banking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Purview
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Knowledge of compliance and data governance considerations in Microsoft 365 environments
