Job summary

Landmark PM, a Pasadena, CA-based boutique owner’s representation and project management firm, seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead landmark projects in greater Los Angeles. You will manage preconstruction through project closeout, coordinate meetings, and track budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in cultural, civic, institutional, or educational projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam; MS Office including Projects and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and construction management on behalf of the owner.
• Organize and lead project meetings; document minutes and action items.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; report monthly.
• Process contracts, change orders, and vendor/contractor engagement.
• Support site visits, document control, and on-site administration.
