Job summary

Landmark PM, a Pasadena-based project management firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee owner-facing construction projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with the Principal/Project Executive across design, procurement, and field activities to shape iconic landmarks in the greater Los Angeles area.

You will lead preconstruction and construction management, manage meetings, schedules, budgets, contracts, RFPs, site visits, and document control,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in cultural, civic, institutional, educational, or mission-driven projects preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Based in greater Los Angeles with a valid driver’s license and willingness to visit project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction and construction management on behalf of the owner; keep project on schedule and in budget.
• Organize, attend, and lead project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; follow up on actions.
• Develop and maintain schedules and budgets; issue monthly cost and schedule reports to clients.
• Process contracts, change orders, and maintain project financial records; track invoices.
• Engage vendors/contractors via RFPs, bids, awards, and contract negotiations; support construction administration.
