Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a mid-level Project Manager with hands-on leadership of commercial or government renovation projects. Ideally 5–7 years as a PM and about 15 years in the industry, managing multiple TI projects and serving as the primary client contact.

You will oversee project lifecycle from planning to delivery, coordinate with owners, government agencies, and commercial clients, and ensure adherence to contracts, standards, and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a PM and ~15 years in the industry
• Manage multiple active TI projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 concurrent projects (mostly tenant improvements; no ground-up required)
• Manage day-shift PM responsibilities for projects operating at night (supported by internal QA team)
• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scopes, schedules, and delivery
• Interface directly with owners, government agencies, and commercial clients
• Develop and manage PMPs, CMPs, and RFP responses
• Implement project controls for time, cost, quality, and safety
• Coordinate pre-design/design activities and support procurement and construction phases
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements, building standards, design codes, and agency procedures
• Prepare and present project updates, scopes, schedules, and budgets as needed
