Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead safety-focused project execution in the downstream energy market. You will represent USAD with clients and manage all facets from kickoff to completion, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and travel readiness, with extensive collaboration across engineering, operations and management teams. Candidates must be able to work on-site and handle demanding schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience in Chemical Cleaning / Refinery environments.
• Ability to travel frequently; passport recommended.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and TWIC Card.
• Strong leadership, coaching and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret PIDs and PFDs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and coordinates the team to ensure completion.
• Motivate customers and teammates through clear communication and accountability.
• Review drawings, plans, and procedures for errors and drive corrective actions.
• Commit to safety and health, identify hazards and improve safety practices.
• Develop staff through mentorship and leadership.
• Coordinate with customer to understand ongoing business needs and objectives.
• Direct and set expectations for supervisors and operators.
• Promote open communication across departments and with stakeholders.
• Understand field auditing, equipment, and project plans.
• Handle tense situations with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
