Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Project Manager to ensure safety, quality and success of assigned projects. You will represent USAD to the client and lead projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating diverse teams and resources.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, driving safety culture, and maintaining communication with customers and internal stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the Chemical Cleaning Industry/Refineries experience a plus.
• Able to travel frequently and on short notice; passport recommended.
• Must have valid Driver’s License, TWIC Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional presentation; confident in promoting service lines and managing work.
• Organizational skills; ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities; willing to work flexible hours and extended travel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret PIDs, PFDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for projects and project teams.
• Maintain safety, quality, and project success from kickoff to completion.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Review drawings, plans and procedures for issues and drive corrections.
• Promote a culture of safety and reliability in refinery operations.
• Mentor and develop department staff and supervise supervisors/technicians.
• Coordinate schedules to maximize crew utilization and performance.
• Engage with customers to understand ongoing business needs.
