Job summary

Keller Augusta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its development and construction team in South Florida. This office-based role requires substantial field time and close coordination with on-site and in-office teams.

The Senior Project Manager will drive the deal process from acquisition through delivery, supporting investment decisions for development, construction, acquisitions, and finance teams. Compensation includes a bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; technical degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant construction and development experience spanning field construction and office-based project management roles.
• Strong cost management background with budgeting, pay apps, and cost tracking experience.
• Technical fluency with construction documents, drawings, and ability to coordinate with construction teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence for investments, including construction budgeting to underwrite investments.
• Provide pricing and technical input for in-house site plans with design manager.
• Review design packages from a technical standpoint and assess property condition reports.
• Manage technical design and coordination with design teams, partners, and lenders.
• Establish design goals and strategies reflecting company beliefs to shape technical systems (structural, MEP, façade).
• Select and manage design teams and consultants to meet programming, underwriting, budget, and schedule goals.
• Track and report progress; manage predevelopment budgets and permitting schedules.
• Oversee construction administration, RFIs, change orders, and weekly/monthly project updates.
• Produce regular progress reports for third-party ownership scopes and close-out packages.
