Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Rare Disease) to join our Specialty team. You will lead and coordinate efforts across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs to meet milestones and ensure project delivery.

You will manage budget and scope to drive profitability and act as primary liaison with customers, while contributing to business development and proposal presentations. Global experience and deep Rare Disease knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science-related field and education/experience mix.
  • 5+ years of Project Management in CRO/Pharma/Biotech/Specialty Pharma.
  • Experience managing complex trials and full lifecycle.
  • Global project management experience preferred.
  • Rare Disease therapeutic area knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global project team including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics and Medical Affairs/Safety.
  • Ensure budget adherence and project profitability.
  • Coordinate tasks per project plans and Premier Research processes.
  • Serve as primary liaison between Premier Research and customers; chair meetings.
  • Assist Business Development with proposals and presentations; build client relationships.
