Job summary

TYLin Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive rail and transit experience in New York. You will lead major construction management projects, oversee multi-million-dollar contracts, and cultivate client relationships to grow TYLin’s PMCM practice in the NY region.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background with 15+ years in the field and a PE license preferred. You will collaborate with agencies such as MTA and Amtrak to deliver complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 15+ years of construction management experience on rail and transit stations.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar public infrastructure contracts.
• Experience with agencies such as MTA, Amtrak, MNR, LIRR and similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage one or more construction management and inspection projects.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar construction contracts involving rail and transit projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with agencies and key clients.
• Identify, recruit, and mentor PMCM professionals.
• Collaborate on RFP and SOQ responses while ensuring QA/QC and safety standards.
