About the Opportunity:

An established developer/builder is expanding its project leadership team to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center campuses across the United States.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to step into a Project Executive role, or an accomplished Project Executive seeking the opportunity to lead flagship developments while helping shape the growth of a rapidly expanding national platform.

The successful candidate will take ownership of major hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning, working alongside executive leadership to deliver complex, multi-phase developments.

Current & Upcoming Projects:

• 300MW flagship hyperscale data center campus in Indiana
• New campuses planned across Alabama, Tennessee, Indiana and New York
• Significant utility and power infrastructure
• Long-term national project pipeline

The Role:

Reporting to executive leadership, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong commercial, operational and client management experience, with responsibility for coordinating multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and final closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, commercial performance and risk management
• Provide leadership to project management, superintendent and field teams
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and commissioning activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, consultants and trade partners
• Drive safety, quality and operational excellence across the project
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme milestones
• Mentor and develop project teams to support future growth
• Contribute to the successful delivery of future campuses as the platform expands

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering complex mission-critical construction projects and experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.

Experience should include:

• Hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction
• Multi-phase campus or programme delivery
• Strong commercial and operational leadership
• Client-facing leadership experience
• Full project lifecycle delivery from preconstruction through commissioning
