Senior Project Manager/Program Manager- Water/Wastewater

WSB is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager/Program Manager specializing in Water/Wastewater projects. The role involves leading project management, process design, business development, and client relationship management within the water/wastewater industry. The candidate will evaluate treatment technologies, develop specifications, assess regulatory impacts, and coordinate multi-disciplinary project activities. Travel to client and vendor sites is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading project management and process design for water/wastewater treatment facilities
• Conducting business development and client relationship management
• Evaluating treatment technologies and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Developing project specifications and drawings
• Assessing regulatory impacts and traveling for project activities
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications
• Participating in business development activities and developing client contacts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years in water/wastewater engineering; 3+ years in project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; PE license or eligibility within 6 months
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in various conditions
• Technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment processes, design, and modeling

Preferred candidates will have a Master’s degree, proven business development experience, and staff mentoring skills.
