Michael Page is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interior projects in a major Mountain West metro area. You will own delivery from preconstruction through close-out, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven background in high-end office interiors; SCIF preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and complex portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, contract management, and client-facing communication.
• Experience mentoring and developing project staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of multiple high-end commercial interior projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents
• Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, financial performance, and quality outcomes
• Partner with estimating and marketing teams on proposals, bids, and pre-qualifications
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business
• Oversee contract execution, change management, and resolution of complex project issues
• Ensure timely project close-out and consistent financial reporting across all teams
