Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive power generation and EPC experience to lead complex projects across engineering, procurement, construction, installation and startup.

The role requires boots-on-the-ground leadership, managing budgets, schedules and client relationships across greenfield and brownfield sites. Travel up to 20% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience in power generation, EPC, or industrial construction.
• Must have EPC experience and hands-on project execution.
• Strong understanding of combined cycle, gas turbine, coal or fossil power.
• Experience leading engineering, procurement, contractors and construction.
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage budgets, schedules, contracts, scope and client relationships.

The Opportunity

Seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong power generation and hands on project execution experience to lead complex projects across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and startup.

Travel: Up to 20%

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of project management experience in power generation, EPC, or industrial construction
• Must have EPC experience
• Background in combined cycle, gas turbine, coal, fossil fuel, or conventional power
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Strong understanding of power plants and large mechanical equipment
• Experience with pumps, chillers, cooling systems, turbines, or similar equipment
• Proven experience leading engineering, procurement, contractors, and construction
• Strong boots on the ground project execution experience
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, scope, and client relationships
• Ability to lead complex projects and resolve technical and commercial issues
• TIAC experience is a strong plus, but not required
• Mix of Greenfield and brownfield experience
