- Quality control – ensure thorough test plans and test cases are in place, executed, and approved prior to delivery of completed features to production.
- Team leadership and management – lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring they work cohesively and efficiently, providing guidance and support.
- Stakeholder management and communication – establish and maintain good relationships and clear communication with team members and senior leadership, providing regular project status updates, and managing expectations.
- Problem solving and decision making – quickly identify and address project-related issues and obstacles, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Reporting and analysis – report on project success criteria, metrics, testing, and deployment activities, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Change management – proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, adhering to project management processes for change approval.

Education, Training, And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience within a PMO or project-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- PMP certification preferred.

- Proven success at influencing and leading project resources across multiple functions, workgroups, and management levels.
- Ability to deal effectively with internal and external resources while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Tools, Equipment, And Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, SharePoint). Advanced MS Office skills in Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
- Primarily indoor work in an office environment.
- Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen.
