We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles and exceptional communication skills. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, strategy, and business stakeholders to create the project plan, monitor progress, and highlight blockers, to ensure successful delivery of innovative AI and GenAI solutions. The Senior Project Manager should be independent, detail oriented, collaborative, and able to adapt to changing use case needs.

Our goal is to create safe AI solutions that will revolutionize and improve healthcare experience and outcomes for our customers. Join our rapidly expanding team of dedicated product managers, data scientists, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders as we work together to build impactful and beneficial AI systems.

The Senior Project Manager ensures that use cases are completed on time. This associate will need to be delivery-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• The Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project
• Monitors progress and performance against the project plan
• Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Develops project schedules, budgets and forecasts
• Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project
• Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Excellent organization and planning skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlines
• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patterns
• Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile Tracking tools, such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Planner / Project
• PMP or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
