Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving operations, technology, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize demands, identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies in fast-paced, regulated environments
• Deep knowledge of project management disciplines: planning, governance, stakeholder management, change management, issue resolution, executive communications, and resource coordination
• Experience working with external vendors and internal teams to drive accountability and successful delivery of initiatives related to regulatory mandates and large-scale implementations
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, particularly pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements, preferred but not required
