Job summary

Propeller, a Summit, NJ-based healthcare marketing agency, seeks a Lead Project Manager to independently steward diverse integrated projects from planning through delivery. You will ensure smooth execution, uphold standards, and drive efficiency within a collaborative PM team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of project management experience, including pharma advertising, with fluency across websites, banners, social media, and emails. Expect in-office work three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 4+ years of project management experience, at least 2 years in pharma advertising or similar regulated environment.
• Fluency with multiple interactive mediums including websites, banners, social media, and emails.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Comfort with project management software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of projects from initial pre-planning to final execution.
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans for cross-discipline projects.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate deliverables, and track budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain project management documentation including status reports and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with brand leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver assets across platforms.
