Job summary

IPS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex pharmaceutical/GMP projects from our Blue Bell, PA headquarters or Cary, NC office. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, and client relations, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in project management, PMP preferred, and substantial GMP/pharma project experience. Travel up to 20% is expected to client sites and projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in Project Management.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or planning.
• Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/GMP project experience.
• Proficient with IT tools including spreadsheets, word processing, planning and scheduling software.
• Understanding of Earned Value and other project control methods.

Responsibilities

• Holds primary responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on projects.
• Leads client interaction and coordinates with project teams and executives.
• Develops budgets, proposals, and design cost estimates.
• Prepares internal and client monthly financial/schedule reports.
• Manages sub-consultants and allocates resources across disciplines.
• Mentors project team members and improves management processes.
