Job summary

Clutch Creative is seeking a Senior Project Manager or Director of Project Management with pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency experience to lead complex pharma campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

You will plan timelines, manage budgets and resources, create and maintain project documentation, prepare client reports, and communicate with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency setting.
• 4-5+ years of project management experience, with client and team communication.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Proficient in written communications.
• Available for full-time hours during business hours through year-end.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency setting.
• Strong organizational, time management, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• 4-5+ years of similar project management experience, communicating directly with clients and teams.
• Experience within a pharmaceutical agency setting required (HCP/DTC)
• Proficiency in written communications required.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role required.
• Has worked across a variety of therapeutics in previous roles.
• Previous experience with vendor management.
• Available for full-time hours during business hours through the end of the year.
