This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a collaborative, high-performing team working across innovative pharmaceutical and biotech brands.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the day-to‑day project management of integrated healthcare advertising campaigns from kick‑off through final delivery.
• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans across multiple workstreams.
• Own project status reports, monitor milestones, identify risks, and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Account, Creative, Medical, Editorial, Production, and Strategy teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes and ensuring consistency across project workflows.
• Manage MLR submission timelines and support the successful execution of regulatory review cycles.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of project management experience within a healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical agency.
• Strong command of core project management fundamentals, including developing scopes of work, building and maintaining timelines, preparing status reports, managing risks, and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on experience managing projects through MLR review and approval processes.
• Experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats (or similar Veeva systems) to manage submissions and review cycles.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
