Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years leading complex marketing, creative or digital projects within a matrixed corporate environment.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success translating business objectives into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management from intake to delivery.
• Lead project intake, scoping and kickoff activities to ensure clarity & alignment.
• Develop, maintain and communicate integrated project plans and timelines.
• Organize and facilitate project reviews, decision-making discussions, and stakeholder approvals.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, scope, risks, decisions, feedback and action items.
• Drive timely decision-making and elevate when project obstacles arise.
• Lead Brand and Internal status meetings, providing detailed meeting recaps and next steps.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities, timelines and resource constraints.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott’s medical, regulatory, and legal guidelines.
