Job summary

Willmeng Construction, a leading Arizona-based commercial general contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution on assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, vendors and personnel to deliver on time and within budget while upholding Willmeng’s quality standards and safety culture.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets and costs, and oversee payments and change orders.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred, or BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while monitoring project costs and profitability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Process and manage subcontractor payments, change orders, and monthly cost reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for project owners, leading meetings and providing regular status updates.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, including superintendents and subcontractors.
• Review construction documents, specifications, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities efficiently.
