Martel Construction, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex residential and commercial projects in Kalispell and the Flathead market. You will own budgets, schedules, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

The role requires 8+ years of independent PM experience, strong subcontract management, and a proven track record of delivering cost-effective outcomes. Relocation or reliable commuting to Bigfork is expected.

Competenze

• 8+ years of direct experience independently managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience driving projects from preconstruction through closeout with full accountability for outcomes.
• Strong experience managing project financial performance, including budgets, reporting, forecasting, and cost to complete.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractor and supplier procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Thorough understanding of submittals, RFIs, and contract administration.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues to protect cost, schedule, and quality.
• Demonstrated leadership of Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Bigfork; reliable onboarding logistics.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, and client performance; manage cost to complete projections.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor contracts, change orders, and billing processes.
• Develop and maintain overall and short-range project schedules; identify critical path risks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to owners, architects, and consultants.
• Guide Project Engineer and Superintendent for cost, safety, quality, and timely delivery.
