Martel Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial projects from Bigfork Market to Missoula and beyond. The role drives safety, production, and budget adherence while coordinating with project managers, architects, and owners.

• 10+ years of experience as a construction superintendent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively plan for, support, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the on-site construction team, including personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate all job site logistics and ensure organization and cleanliness are maintained.
• Monitor and ensure quality expectations are met or exceeded.
• Produce and own short-range and overall schedules.
• Understand construction administration of a project, including submittals, RFIs, and documentation flow.
• Manage procurement of tools, equipment, personnel, and materials.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with stormwater and environmental programs as required.
• Plan and communicate daily and long-term tasks to on-site personnel.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers so they are on site when needed.
• Perform other supervisory tasks to complete projects on time and within budget.
