Job summary

Veritas Search Group is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead technology modernization, implementation, and integration across construction operations, fabrication, logistics, warehousing, and related business systems.

The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, IT resources, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires 7+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a PMP or similar certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Experience supporting construction, fabrication, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or operational technology environments.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional technology implementations.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Change management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technology implementation and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business, IT, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, issues, decisions, and status reporting.
• Support change management, communications, training, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct project health assessments and lessons learned.
