Actalent is seeking a Senior Project Manager and Office Leader to guide large-scale design-build projects and oversee the Austin office. You will drive project delivery, growth, and operational excellence while mentoring a team of PMs and collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers across disciplines.

Formación

• This role requires 10+ years leading large-scale industrial, tech, semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience in design-build, EPC, or integrated project delivery environments is essential.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and project communications.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project controls capabilities are required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and engage with multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex design-build projects from kickoff through closeout with alignment to client goals.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams across disciplines.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage changes, and resolve issues early.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and mitigate schedule risks proactively.
• Drive collaboration among architectural, engineering, and design teams.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing status updates and decisions.
• Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, safety, and quality risks, including change orders.
• Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and applicable codes.
• Support construction activities with submittals, RFIs, site visits, and progress meetings.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop future leaders within the office.
