Responsibilities

• Oversee development and construction of high-end hotel projects, starting with a flagship in South Beach, Miami.
• Coordinate with city authorities, architects, engineers, and interior teams to ensure design conformance.
• Manage budget, schedule, and overall project controls to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure final quality and consistency of the completed project.
• Lead and mentor project team and liaise with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven ability to manage both construction and pre‑construction phases, including approvals and technical project aspects with city authorities.
• Ownership mentality, acting as a representative of the owner rather than solely as a representative of the construction company.
• Budget control, schedule management, and strategic planning for the construction firm
• Ability to ensure the final quality and consistency of the project.
• The initial project involves the renovation of a high‑end hotel in South Beach, Miami:
• Approximately 50 rooms
• Renovation project, including adherence to historical preservation guidelines.
• Focus on internal renovation, including pools, rooftop areas, etc.
• Currently in the final stages of obtaining permits, with the hiring of the general manager to follow.
• Position commencement date: February 1st
• Construction phase expected to span 2 years.
