  • Manage budget, schedule, and overall project controls to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure final quality and consistency of the completed project.
  • Lead and mentor project team and liaise with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ability to ensure the final quality and consistency of the project.

  • Approximately 50 rooms
  • Renovation project, including adherence to historical preservation guidelines.
  • Focus on internal renovation, including pools, rooftop areas, etc.
