Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Shippingport, PA seeks a Project Manager to lead small to large O&M and Capital projects, manage budgets and schedules, and build a high‑performing project team through clear direction and motivation.

You will guide projects from requirements through deployment, coordinate internal and external resources, monitor risks and changes, report to stakeholders, and ensure readiness for turnover, testing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing large projects, preferably in energy or EPC environments.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting discipline with risk management ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for major projects within an EPC delivery model.
• Maintain risk registers and verify mitigation actions.
• Track finances, validate invoices and progress payments.
• Communicate project status, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Oversee EPC construction planning, readiness and execution.
• Ensure project readiness for turnover, testing and operations.
