Job summary

Valar Atomics Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead development execution for one of our first commercial projects. You will manage schedules from site development through investment decisions, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure a clean handoff to construction.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years on major capital projects, experience with $1B+ scopes, and strong CPM scheduling skills. This role requires hands-on leadership in Hawthorne and Utah within a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering major capital projects.
• Experience managing projects with total installed cost of $1B+.
• Demonstrated ownership of CPM schedules for infrastructure, energy, or similar sectors.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project development schedule from site development through major investment decision, delivery readiness, and construction handoff.
• Run regular schedule updates, critical path reviews, look ahead planning, and schedule risk analysis.
• Drive readiness for key project gates, including engineering, development milestones, regulatory milestones, and investment decisions.
• Own the master milestone list, gate decision log, and project development execution calendar.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on estimates, cost reporting, and handoff preparation.
