Job summary

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC seeks a talented project manager to join a world-class manufacturing environment in the US. You will oversee operational aspects, coordinate with PMs and line management, and drive development and lifecycle management of products and therapies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 5+ years of experience, with strong cross-functional influence and proficiency in Microsoft Project. 1st shift availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitors projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develops monitoring mechanisms for progress and problem solving with managers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related area.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Influences across functions and businesses while balancing divergent objectives to gain cooperation of other parties.
• Receives assignments in objective oriented terms; has latitude to reinterpret objectives.
• Project Management and Microsoft Project operational / proficient skills.
