Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Frisco, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to expand our Natural Gas practice. You will lead a talented team, manage client relationships, and drive project strategy with autonomy.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and delivery, mentor staff, and partner with leaders to grow the business. A strong emphasis on integrity and effective communication is expected, with a pathway to ownership through a rewarding bonus program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience managing natural gas or related projects.
• Knowledge of natural gas systems and/or solar industry and processes.
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.

Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Natural Gas practice in Frisco, Texas (TX)!

Responsibilities

• The qualified individual will lead a Natural Gas team while building and managing relationships with key clients
