Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand our Natural Gas practice in Frisco, Texas. You will lead a team, manage key client relationships, and drive growth with autonomy and strategic oversight.

Successful candidates will direct projects, mentor staff, and participate in an attractive bonus program with potential ownership opportunities as the practice scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience managing natural gas or related projects.
• Knowledge of natural gas systems and/or solar industry and processes.
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• The qualified individual will lead a Natural Gas team while building and managing relationships with key clients
