Job summary

The role requires 12+ years delivering public-sector capital projects, with at least five years in municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, or related utility infrastructure. Preference given to PM certification and PE licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 12+ years of experience delivering public-sector capital projects.
• 5+ years supporting municipal water, wastewater, or related utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing task-orders, on-call, or IDIQ contracts for public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of task orders under a multi-award municipal utility on-call contract.
• Direct projects from planning and preliminary design through construction and closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact for assigned task orders.
• Develop, scope, price, negotiate, and execute task orders and work authorizations.
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams to meet client needs and schedules.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments with schedule, budget, quality, and technical performance.
• Direct engineering consultants and subconsultants; manage subcontracts.
