Job summary

Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide essential technical guidance and ensure successful project execution. You’ll be the primary client contact, developing proposals, contracts and presentations to support business growth.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate scheduling, manage staff and subconsultants, and maintain client confidentiality while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five to seven years of municipal project management experience.
• Experience in the consulting industry.
• PM certification and professional license in their discipline.
• Strong communication skills and being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects to ensure success.
• Coordinate projects and resolve scheduling, staffing, or quality issues.
• Lead project teams including staff and subconsultants to deliver results.
• Invoice clients and explain billed items; follow up on accounts.
