Senior Project Manager | Multifamily | Up to $170k

We are currently looking for a Multifamily Senior Project Manager to join a top 100 ENR General Contractor in Dallas. This is an opportunity to work on multifamily projects so experience in these fields is essential. Our Senior Project Manager will need to boast excellent communication as well as management and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on maintaining the field.

Responsibilities and Qualifications include:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure a timely and under budget completion
• Manage resources and buyouts for subcontractors
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Oversee procurement and contract management
• Run a team of PMs, APMs and Supers
• Manage multiple projects at once
