Job summary

Sphere Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major modular construction project near Saskatoon. You will lead planning, coordination, and delivery, interfacing with clients and subs to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, a strong background in modular systems and steel frames, and PMP certification is an asset. On-site leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction.
• Strong track record in modular building and steel frame projects.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar projects and budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiar with project management software such as MS Project or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle project management, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings, provide progress reports, and resolve conflicts.
• Manage risk and ensure safety and quality compliance.
