Job summary

Clayco in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive design-build construction from concept through closeout on projects valued from $60 million to over $250 million. You will lead client and subcontractor teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field and 10–15 years of experience leading large projects, with a strong safety record and proven PM

• 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Previous experience leading a successful project management team.
• Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
• Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.
