Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Business/Management, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a Secret clearance; PMP/CAPM and DAWIA II are preferred credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute education.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments.
• Authorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment.
• Manage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives.
• Manages the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals.
• Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
