Ausenco is seeking a Project Manager for its Minerals and Metals team, based in Tucson or Denver. You will oversee cost-plus and EPC projects, coordinate delivery across sites, and lead a multidisciplinary team to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience in mineral processing or heavy industry construction.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and coach multi-disciplinary teams.
• Good commercial and strategic sense with business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Project management of cost-plus and EPC projects per contractual commitments.
• Coordinate and deliver projects across locations including Canada and abroad.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise to achieve quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Build and manage a high-performing, multi-disciplinary project team.
• Support the conversion of studies into execution projects.
