Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, general contracting, logistics, engineering, energy industry, or military experience.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for microgrid construction projects from contract signature through commissioning.
• Ensure internal functions are aligned throughout project execution.
• Prepare schedules, operating rhythms, and sequence of operations for all stakeholders.
