Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring profitability, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will manage teams, coordinate field operations, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication and collaboration. The role requires 10+ years in PM with a relevant degree, travel readiness, and a commitment to quality, with competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
• Strong leadership, team management, and recruitment/training skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with client and project profitability focus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.

What it takes?

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
