Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in medical device manufacturing or technology transfer.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site regulated projects.
• Knowledge of design controls, process validation, and scale-up.
• PMP certification or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology transfer projects from planning to production release.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure FDA/ISO 13485 compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Communicate status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
