Job summary
ECI is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead Manufacturing Software and SFMD software workstreams within a medical device integration program. The role collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers to align deliverables, risks, and execution plans, ensuring compliance with medical device software lifecycle standards.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Jira proficiency, Agile/Scrum experience, and a track record delivering software projects in regulated environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of project/program management in regulated medical devices.
- Experience managing software projects in compliance-driven environments.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and supplier partners.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum planning, dashboards and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate software workstreams across manufacturing and SFMD activities.
- Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and release plans.
- Prepare status updates and leadership summaries for risk resolution.
- Coordinate internal and supplier-facing activities across multiple functions.
- Ensure software activities meet regulatory and lifecycle requirements.
